1. Returns

• Jewelry may be returned within 14 business days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

• A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected, minus handling and shipping fees.
   

2. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment.

• Once an order has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
