1. Shipping Times

• Delivery time is estimated at 10- 15 business days.

• Business days are counted from the day after the order is placed and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or memorial days.

• During holidays or promotional periods, delivery times may be extended.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping fee: ₪25.

• Free shipping on all orders above ₪500.

• If delivery is delayed beyond 12 business days, customers are entitled to a 30% refund of the order value.

3. Warranty

• If an item is damaged within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us and we will gladly send you a replacement.

• The replacement value will not exceed the value of the original item. If the replacement is of higher value, the customer will be asked to cover the difference.

• Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, exposure to chemicals, accidental drops, or similar circumstances.​​
